Bearing Witness to the Light XX...Rest in Peace, and Light

The lamb is the light in the City of God

Pondering the following liturgical prayer:

Eternal rest, grant unto them O Lord
and let perpetual light shine upon them.

May they rest in peace. Amen.

May their souls and the souls 

of all the faithful departed,

through the mercy of God,

 rest in peace.

Amen. 

We see the deep both/and relationship
that exists in the spiritual realm
uniting the two realities.
REST AND LIGHT.

Is it any wonder that this ultimate rest is
only to be found in the New Jerusalem,
the New City of Peace?

 Is it any wonder that
on the physical plain
Energy is related to Mass _(Rest)
via the constant
the Speed of Light Squared?

E is the inherent (rest/invarient) energy that a particle 
has just by virtue of being a massive particle.
