Now I have certainly been down this search path before with over 1000 posts and these words dominating my efforts.  Why this find and why now?

Well, 'not so much'

1981, Two disciples, ROYGBIV rainbow and soul purification led to some hope, but the customer reviews were tell-tale NEW AGE.

The counterfeit nature, the faux light of the New Age Conspiracy continues to hold sway and it keeps seekers from seeing and appreciating the profound meaning that the rainbow holds for Catholic Christians.

SO SAD...

and this is not the end of this blog,
for digging deeper I found this poem
from 1900 that holds out promise...

    And yet it too is tainted by
 by late 1800's sentiments 
of spirituality without religion.

The author Adeline W. Wilders M.D.

was a gifted poet.
