Ein Stein = One Stone

It took one 4 kidney stone (4 mm) in my right ureter to wake me to post again.  Boy was that a painful late night trip to the ER in Corpus Christi.

This barbed stone took its dear sweet time...

Now the mystery...

Where is it now?

After my big sister Sue recommended
praying for the intercession of
 St. Benedict of Nursia
(Patron Saint of kidneys)
and a night of cradling his cross
to my midsection...

It just disappeared.


No more excruciating pain
 and no passing

...for three days now...

Thank you St. Benedict!

God is so good!
