Did you ever wonder why the English language is the only

one on earth that has the homophone SON-SUN?

My guess is that during Britannica's pre-Reformation

Catholic past, the Holy Spirit inspired a privileged soul

to permanently link the Son of God with the sun
that is our center, the source of light and life here on earth.

Since a solar rainbow is the full expression of visible, physical light

it might be helpful to make this analogy to the Sacrifice on the Cross

as a way of relating truth about invisible, spiritual LIGHT from LIGHT.

And remember, there was darkness at noon on Good Friday...

Might it have been a solar eclipse?

...as well as an earthquake
that rent the curtain of Jerusalem's Temple
(the former home of the lost Ark of the Covenant)

It all comes together
at the cross of Jesus Christ...

LIGHT, LIFE, LOVE...those three haloed words

JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!

Imitate Mary
Become like Jesus
Live for the Triune God

Seek the Light of Our Lord Jesus Christ!
