The Third Door?

J.M.J. + O.B.T. + M.G.R.*

On those occasions when I step out
into the unknown and unplanned
and let the Spirit do with me as He wills
I experience a heightened sense of
grace perceptiveness.

The freedom that accompanies me
is difficult to describe in words.

You give up and give in.
You breathe out and take in
You see, but with different lenses
and through different eyes.

You are open to another dimension
of possibilities.

The Door of [true] Perception?

All this is sourced and grounded in charity and truth
for the glory of God and the service of man.

When Pope Francis sneaks out of the Vatican
he knows what I am talking about.
He leaves by way of the
THIRD DOOR.

I listened to the Glenn Beck radio program
after Mass on Tuesday
and he was interviewing
Alex Banayan, the young author of a new book,

The Third Door

This best seller is based on the interviews
of highly successful people

whose modus operandi was to push
through with their ideas and plans

by seeking, finding and going through
the door
that others fail to notice.
(The narrow door of opportunity?)

Fascinating how this seems to dovetail
with life in the Spirit.

And another gift from the internet
brings to light

The Third Door

A book by a faithful Catholic woman
Ellen Tarry
describing the opportunity of this nation to
forge a future that is both/and Black and White
and set on a Rock

...when her own brown daughter was subjected to racial discrimination she wrote "The Third Door" in 1955 to tell America about the plight of her people. With prose that is both moving and powerful, Tarry relates her life against the background of a changing American society. She still awaits the third door, designated neither "white" nor "colored," through which all American will someday walk. (Wiki)

Much to ponder here...

My initial take is that we need
to work on a third and definitive

The Third Door
The lost door to Life in the Spirit
in this Third Millennium

The Father has a mansion ready for us
Jesus knocks, we open
Holy Spirit, open the door of my heart

Sincerely yours in Jesus through Mary,
Mike Rizzio

Imitate Mary
Become like Jesus
Live for the Triune God

Seek the Light of Our Lord Jesus Christ
See you on the High Ground!
