A gift rainbow to mark my son's 8th Birthday

J.M.J. + O.B.T. + M.G.R.*

The more abundant life that was promised to the "little ones"
who seek to do the will of the Father (albeit poorly)
is resplendent with grace-filled moments.

Last evening we received a gift at 7 pm...a double-rainbow
more vibrant with color than any previous bow in my memory.

My son John (1 lb, 10 oz at birth) had requested that
as a family we sit and watch the movie,
Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima (1952)
and we finished it only a half hour before
our own Rainbow Sign.

John's face was aglow when he realized
that he received an early birthday present from Jesus
through the intercession of Our Lady
and St. John the Baptist.

Thank you Almighty Father,
the Father of Lights
for renewing your covenant sign
to a Covenanted Family in the
Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity
